Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we receive your request, we will attempt to cancel the order before it is processed and dispatched.
If your cancellation request is approved prior to shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Order Cancellation After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, please contact us after delivery, and we will assist you with initiating a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Return eligibility, restocking fees (if applicable), and refund timelines will be governed by the terms outlined in that policy.
