  • Coordinate orders with authorized suppliers for fulfillment

Authorized Supplier Fulfillment

All products sold on our website are:

  • Supplied by authorized U.S. manufacturers or distributors

  • Fulfilled directly by the supplier

  • Shipped from supplier facilities or U.S.-based warehouses

This fulfillment model allows us to:

  • Reduce unnecessary handling and delays

  • Ensure products ship directly from trusted, verified sources

Ownership & Delivery

  • Products remain the property of the authorized supplier until delivery is completed

  • Ownership transfers to you once the product is successfully delivered

  • Shipping responsibility remains with the supplier until delivery

Pricing Transparency

Suppliers provide us with approved wholesale pricing. Products are sold at:

  • Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (SRP), or

  • Other supplier-approved pricing

There are no hidden fees beyond what is clearly displayed at checkout.

Returns, Warranties & Support

  • Returns and warranties follow the supplier’s official policies

  • Direct Stop Shop, LLC will assist and coordinate support on your behalf

  • Manufacturer warranties (when applicable) are honored directly through the supplier
